Tentative Plan

My dissertation will focus on the future of trust and self-disclosure in large scale social exchange systems. This literature review provides the theoretical grounding for my projects. I will first review different approaches in studying trust, its definition and measurement. Then I review how built-environment and technology affect our decisions to trust. Finally I review literature on e-trust and biases in marketplaces.
